CQ BID's Lunchtime Learning workshops are hour long sessions providing practical and easy to implement digital marketing tips.

In this session you'll learn why (despite being everyone's least favourite online marketing channel) Twitter is key to your social media strategy.

You'll learn how to find your voice on Twitter and how to craft a strategy that's true to your brand. This session is for anyone who knows their brand has a great story to tell but just needs to find the words.

It will teach you how to be reactive and intuitive online and how to build a meaningful, long-lasting relationship with your audience.

Lana Richardson is the Digital Marketing Manager at PropertyPal.

After beginning her career in magazine journalism, she made the transition into digital marketing in 2012, gaining a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Belfast Metropolitan College.

Lana has worked with a number of brands, from local start-ups to national names. She specialises in social media marketing and viral campaigns. In 2019 she won Social Media Marketer of the Year at the Northern Ireland Social Media Awards.

Lana is the Queen of Memes and can find the appropriate meme for any situation.
