This May Bank Holiday Weekend, Festival of Fools brings Belfast’s streets to life with world-class circus, comedy, and performance. Over 50 free shows take over the City Centre and Cathedral Quarter, showcasing acrobats, jugglers, and comedians from Northern Ireland and around the world.
Festival of Fools is Northern Ireland’s largest circus and outdoor arts festival. Daytime performances are free to attend, while evening shows can be booked online.
Rooted in the tradition of European street festivals, it’s Belfast’s own take on outdoor arts — bold, energetic, and right at the heart of the city.
