Conflict Management Training - 22nd July at Ormeau Labs

As part of our commitment to the Belfast Business Crime Reduction Partnership, we are offering Conflict Management Training for CQ BID members on 22nd July, 1:00pm – 3:00pm at Ormeau Labs, 18 Ormeau Avenue. 

This session is designed to enhance skills in effective and positive communication, dynamic risk assessment, and de-escalation of situations involving anti-social behaviour and theft. It will also cover reporting and recording incidents using systems such as Alert and ShopSafe.You can sign up for the training here:
