This course aims to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace and highlight its importance alongside physical health. It provides a foundation for understanding common mental health challenges and how they may impact individuals at work.
 
The session introduces the CARES approach, offering simple guidance on how to recognise when someone may be struggling and how to respond in a supportive and appropriate way. It also encourages delegates to reflect on their own wellbeing and explore practical ways to promote positive mental health within their workplace.
